About me

I am a Kenyan citizen aged 32 years, a graduate of the University of Nairobi School of business with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Operations Management Option, second class honors.

I am currently looking for opportunities to challenge my skills, acquire more skills and be part of a dynamic growth of an organization. I have a vast administrative experience including the banking industry having worked previously with Equity Bank Kenya as a credit officer. I currently work with Oasis Healthcare Group as a Hospital Administrator in Kakamega Branch.

During my time at Equity Bank (k) Limited, I gained experience in all areas of customer recruitment, client, loans and business appraisal. As a micro groups lender, I helped my firm reduce the Portfolio at Risk 30 days from 8% to 0% in one year through effective customer relations and intensive analysis of loans applicants. I was also instrumental in the growth of the loan book under my portfolio by a double digit from 17 million to 35 Million.

In my current position as a hospital administrator I have successfully overseen establishment of Oasis Doctors Plaza in Kakamega and reaching breakeven within the first 6 months of establishment and achieved various customer and sales targets in a record time.

I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills including ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Additionally, I am people-oriented person, with strong leadership and team-building abilities.
